tip tap tip tap...SPLASH!

“this weekend had been crazy! It’s like nature is trying to play with us!”
“I rather enjoyed the rain...”
...their eyes stared at me like I’m from another planet…the shape of their mouths seem to say “are you crazy?!” even when nothing’s coming out of it…*s*

rain...to many pple rain depicts sadness...gloominess...melancholies…but to me rain is something different…something profound…something like…God’s promise…^^ maybe the fact that I got the character “rain” in the middle of my name’s got something to do with it…but one thing I know for sure is that I’ve got a special attachment to rain....this week’s not been feeling too well…and Saturday I woke up with a feel of dread…maybe it’s that nervousness working up inside of me…

As I drive to downtown, it started to drizzle…then rained…then poured….and in the car, my frown turned into the biggest smile ^____^ it had been sunny for a long while…and cloudy for a few days…but man, this is the first real shower i’ve seen this year…and it felt good to see the enormous droplets splash onto the car window…maybe I’m a little selfish…many pple are probably having a bad day because of the rain…but I’d like to admit that I enjoyed it…of all the days to pour, God picked my saddest day…and I looked up at the sky and thanked God…for He remembered me…and sent me rain…I didn’t ask for it…I didn’t have to ask for it…He knew it’s what I needed…even if I don’t know it myself…and I felt better…with each refreshing drop of rain…^^

Hahaha...this is classic Rita. I have been hearing this one for years. You should totally come visit me in BC. It rains all the time. It rained today and I didn't bring an umbrella. I had tho share with some people who were more prepared than me. It is super fun when you have to share an umbrella with three people. You get real up close and personal. Sometimes it rains weeks at a time. I agree that it is soothing and calming but when you are stuck on a bus with 50 damp people, sometimes your perspective changes.
